Joe and his wife are super aces in this loan business, but furthermore in the loan department for your real business under an LLC. You see I struggled several months looking at several banks from big to small and none of them would lend me money directly under my LLC. However once I found out about JOE and what he could do, he really came thru and got me the loan on my LLC business owned situation. I'm relatively young, saved up relatively quickly, and the property I wished to buy had several conditions and roadblocks that made the eventual purchase harder than normal.
