Everything would switch to a 10/10 if there were no delays. Hearing the closing date push back further and further was frustrating to live with. I would rather just hear what step their on and not when the closing date might be, only for it to get delayed. Thats my only complaint. Everything else was great service.

Although we had a difficult seller my real estate's team stood behind me and did everything they could to help me get things back on track.

I began my search for a loan officer by looking on a grant program website. She came up in the top few so I sent her and a few other lenders an e-mail. She responded very quickly answering every question I had and didn't even bring up the loan application. Her responses lead to more question that again lead to more e-mails. I began my application with her and she was quick to process it and answer additional questions along the way. She requested documents during the process and continued to process. I asked another load officer to take a look at what she was offering and was told they couldn't come close to the rate, a third has still yet to answer my initial request.While in the end I went another route for financing due to her inability to match a lower rate she remained professional and helpful through the entire process until today. when rates drop or if I buy another house i will for sure check with Brandy first.Her kindness, knowledge and ability to explain the process is second to none.
