About Kamie Randall

My journey in the mortgage industry began more than 15 years ago, but in many ways, it started long before I ever entered the business.

My father was the one who introduced me to the mortgage industry. Growing up, I became fascinated by what he did. I watched the relationships he built, the people he helped, the conversations around homeownership and finances, and the impact his work had on families. I was genuinely infatuated with his career and, without realizing it at the time, he planted the seed for what would eventually become my own passion.

That early exposure shaped the way I approach this business today. For me, mortgage lending has never been just about numbers, rates, or transactions. It’s about people. It’s about earning trust, finding solutions, educating clients, navigating challenges, and helping families achieve something that can have a lasting impact on their lives.

For more than 15 years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with countless homeowners, real estate professionals, builders, and industry partners. I’ve also had the privilege of leading and mentoring mortgage professionals and building business through relationships, referrals, and a commitment to doing what’s right for my clients.

I believe the best mortgage professionals are more than loan originators—they are advisors, advocates, problem-solvers, and trusted partners. My goal has always been to make the mortgage process feel personal, strategic, and as seamless as possible.

I’m incredibly grateful that what started as a fascination with my father’s career ultimately became my own passion and profession. After more than 15 years in this industry, I still love the opportunity to help people achieve homeownership, build relationships, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of the families I serve.

Outside of mortgage, I’m a wife and mom of three, and my family is at the center of everything I do. They are a huge part of what motivates me to continue growing, challenging myself, and building a career I can be proud of.
