As veteran, there are a lot of shark companies out there mining for uneducated veterans but ashok thoroughly explained everything was patient with helping me get to a good post credit wise to get a batter rate than initially quoted. Other companies would have just given the bad rate and not thought twice about it but Ashok showed in mulitple situations that he truly cared and valued me and my family and oir our decision

Ashok communicated proactively and frequently. He addressed our concerns with good listening, flexibility in repsonse, and told us when laws or regulations might affect us or limit what he could do. A good example was that I had a major credit score drop right before he had to take a mandatory update of my credit score because the previous score was older than 30 days. I was very disappointed in this as ti would cost us extra for points or a higher interest rate. Ashok worked things out to minimize the impact on us. He stays calm under pressure and keeps the schedule moving to ensure a smooth closing.

He explained to us how the market is behaving nowdays and advised us to have an emergency fund when planning how much money to put down for this house. Throughout what proved to be a long process the team never failed to work in my best interest. They made everything clear and since I am hopeless with administration, they pulled up the slack and walked me painstakingly through the whole process. I'm thankful Ashok was able to find a solution for us in the end. He was really good at communication overall. However, he constantly got my name wrong which felt unprofessional and impersonal. As we got closer to closing, he more than once implied that I was "freaking out" as if I didn't have good reasons to worry, since we almost lost the house because of his mistake.
