At times our communications with Robyn were clunky and broken. Multiple instances where we did what was asked and then were asked again or told it wasn't done properly. Frustrating at times. Then she gave us the adjustment number, via e-mail and I wrote a check to the Title Company based on that and it was incorrect. This was the morning of closing. We only brought one check to closing, so I had to wire the funds via the US Bank app, meaning that cost us an extra $30 for the wire fee. There were also times, close to closing when we reached out via multiple forms of communication for an answer and didn't hear anything back until Ryan was copied in to the conversation. Unfortunate instances of frustartion during a process that is stressful enough, as is.

The overall patience of everyone made the process great and the anytime that we had a question you were right on top of our questions me and my husband that made the process run smoothly with letting us know our numbers and everything so that we weren't confused on anything

This is our (me and wife) first time at purchasing a house. I've heard how horrific the whole loan approval/underwriting process can be.
