As a first-generation homebuyer I could not lean on my family for support to navigate my first-time homebuyer process. Brianna made me feel supported and educated on the process in the best way possible. She always responded to my questions with such kindness and clarity. I never felt rushed or pressured. Though the market created a longer runway to purchasing, Brianna remained an ally from July 2023 when we first spoke and even after we closed in April 2024. Brianna has been a blessing for me and my family! I would not be enjoying the peace and future prosperity of homeownership without her. If I could hire her to train and educate others, I would!

Everything about my closing was stellar. When other I applied to other lenders in the beginning Brianna was by far the best choice of them all, it was a no-brainer to go with her for our refinance. I work in a law firm doing real estate closings so I have access to a plethora of lenders and Briana absolutely shined. The process has been very pleasant, I was kept updated on the status at all times, all my questions were answered, everything exceeded my expectations. I will and already have recommended Briana! Brianna was a very efficient and great agent. As a first time buyer at age 72 it was a very challenging experience for me as I was not familiar with all the terms involved in buying a house and have very limited computer tech skills so l had a hard time with doing all the documents and uploading and sending all my info. Brianna was very patient with me and helped get me through it all and was also very encouraging.

From the beginning of this whole home buying process I was feeling anxious, slightly overwhelmed and under prepared but all of that that faded shortly after speaking with Brianna. The loan process was incredibly stressfull. My grant did not clear in time for the original closing date and we had to get extensions signed by the seller. It did eventually come through but that process was terrifying. I understand that is probably outside of your control.
