This past September, FCM was the presenting sponsor for the Davis House Child Advocacy Center Golf Tournament! Support from local companies resulted in net proceeds of $42,000! The funds will allow the Davis House to provide investigative services in response to allegations of sexual and/or severe physical abuse perpetrated against children and to provide healing services to child victims of abuse – all at no cost.
October 13th and 14th marked our 3rd Annual Tyler Morrissey (TMO) Memorial Golf Tournament! It was a huge success and we had over 60 golfers join us over the 2 days at Indian Hills Golf Club in Murfreesboro, Tenn.

MURFREESBORO, TN—First Community Mortgage announced today that Steven Hage, Wes McGaffin, and Matthew Puffer have been promoted to Regional Sales Managers for both the TPO Eastern and Delegated Correspondent Divisions.
Hage, McGaffin, and Puffer held previous positions as Account Executives at FCM. In their new role they will be continuing to work with their existing business partners, but will take on the added responsibility of managing Account Executives as well.
“With their experience and their proven track record, they will be tasked with continuing to grow their current base,” said Tony Zikovich, TPO/ Non Delegated Correspondent Regional VP East Division Manager. “
McGaffin and Puffer have prior experience performing duties of a Regional Sales Manager while this is Hage’s first opportunity in a management position. “This trio will combine fresh ideas with proven practices to grow each region,” said Zikovich.
Hage, McGaffin, and Puffer will bring key traits defining what it means to work for FCM. “These 3 have been selfless in helping others and this will translate well to a leadership role,” said Zikovich. “If you take care of your customer then the business will come, and wanting what is best for the company will help both divisions of FCM be successful.”

MURFREESBORO, TN — First Community Mortgage announced today a new office location has opened in Noblesville, IN.
The new Noblesville office has a decentralized operations model that provides the ability to process loans quicker than most lenders in the nation. This process alone will help the new office stand out in the real estate community. A transition team has been put into place to ensure their clients are taken care of right away.
“Indiana has a special place in the hearts of many of us at FCM,” said Jason Howze, Vice President of Retail Midwest at First Community Mortgage. “Andy Voyles, our Executive Vice President/ Director of Lending, is from Scottsburg, IN, graduated from Indiana University- Bloomington, and started his career in the mortgage industry in Indianapolis.”
Howze stated, “I attended college in Evansville, IN and started my mortgage career in Greenwood, IN and later met my wife in Carmel, IN.” He added, “We are excited for the opportunity to give back to the communities of Indiana like with Colby and Cate’s Charities.”
Todd Goens has been selected as the Branch Manager for this location. “His outgoing personality and drive has led to his success in the mortgage industry,” said Howze. “Those are traits that make Todd a great fit within the FCM culture and will benefit him as he leads the new office.”
Goens will have help from Pamela Sanders who has been hired as the Assistant Branch Manager. “She brings a lot of experience and talent to help Todd manage the new office,” said Howze. “I look forward to seeing what Pamela and Todd can do as a team for FCM at this location.”
