I was able to get the loan that I needed for my new home. What was particularly outstanding was that I had a problem with Wells Fargo getting some information needed for the loan. So the next day Joe met me at the branch so if I encountered any more problems he would be there to help me deal with them. You don't see that kind of customer service everyday! Both Joe and Eric were a delight to deal with and I would hightly recomment both of them.

Joey was a life saver working with us every step of the process. I am happy with how everything went. Joey literally worked with us around the clock answering my 10000 phone calls and sending multiple loan estimates and even came to closing which made us feel so comfortable and confident in this process.
