I can’t say enough good things about John! He made the home-buying and lending process so much easier for me, especially as a first-time homebuyer. He was always helpful, patient, and willing to answer my questions whenever I needed reassurance or clarification. Buying a home can be stressful, but having someone like John in your corner makes such a difference. He kept me informed throughout the process and truly cared about making sure everything went smoothly. I’m so grateful for all of his help in getting me into my first home! I will be loyal to John until my last breath . he kept his word EVERY step of the way even when I was ready to quit he told he had it, and he did! The only reason I stated OK was due to the incredibly difficult underwriter for my file I do believe his/her job should be under review. Staff also shared their distain and dissatisfaction of the underwriter with me . it was absolutely ridiculous and I'm a real estate agent and never have I ever had a client or been through such a terrible underwriting experience as I have with this underwriter . It almost felt discriminatory

We started the refinancing process with Samantha Graves, who contacted us, and is also with New American Funding. After a couple weeks of going through the process with her, and paying for an appraisal, she ghosted us - wouldn't answer our phone calls or emails and did not contact us. I had talked to John months previously and was impressed with suggestions he made our conversation. I wanted to work him from the beginning, but Samantha had already called my husband who started the process with her, and by the time I found out that it was the right company and the wrong person, we already pretty deep into things. When Samantha went no contact, I called John and asked if he could take over the process for us and he did. There was always clear communication between us and either him or his team members, when we couldn't get a hold of the documentation needed, his assistant went to work on our behalf, and we felt like everything came together quickly. We are so pleased to have worked with John and should we ever need a mortgage or look at refinancing again, we will call him.
