Karen had an area of expertise rare these days ..customer service, knowledge, work ethic, pleasant to work with. She went a step further than what was required of her. Responded promptly to calls and emails. It was a wonderful experience working with her. She had a level of understanding other brokers did not have.

Karen was extremely informative, patient and carin, she answered all of my repeated questions with kindness, patience and in a very fast turnaround time. Karen made sure that everything went smoothly and worked with me to made sure I understood everything in detail. Karen accommodated my close date to work for me because I was leaving town while I was closing, I would 1000% recommend her to my friends and family.

How do I love thee...let me count the ways! I NEVER could have gotten any of our project accomplished without Karen. She IS the only starfish in the sea. Great follow up, great guidance, full and fair disclosure, education, tech support. The only thing Karen DIDN'T do was pay the mortgage for us, but I guess that would be too much to ask. Maybe next time. All of this while both mourning and taking over for the loss of Perry , may he rest in peace.
