With both of us working full time, it was hard to compete forms/tasks last-minute. I wish we had advance notice so we could schedule time to complete things instead of knowing about certain things a couple hours before they were due. For first-time buyers, I think a tentative schedule provided at the beginning would be a great resource to at least give the buyers an idea of what to expect along the process.
