Meet David

With 23 years of mortgage industry experience, David is committed to helping individuals and families navigate the path to homeownership with confidence. David specializes in first-time homebuyer financing, conventional, FHA, VA, Construction-to-Permanent One-Time Close, and medical professional loan programs. Known for his "listen first, advise last" approach, he takes the time to understand each client's unique goals and financial situation before recommending solutions tailored to their needs.

Whether delivering a pre-approval or a clear-to-close, he enjoys helping clients reach important milestones on their homeownership journey.

When he's not assisting clients, David enjoys spending time with his family, cheering on his children at sporting events, playing golf, working out, and supporting Mississippi State athletics.
