In a very short time frame, Greg was able to complete the process needed for me to be able to make an offer on the property. He was patient with my reluctance to use some technology for personal data and understanding of my experiences with data breaches. Greg made the process as painless as possible. Greg himself was great. However, others with whom we communicated at FCM were not knowledgeable nor clear in what the process and expectations should have been. We provided all of our personal financial data via email, no secure portal was offered, and others at FCM gave direction to third parties (settlement company) on issues that we had given them no authority to give direction on. It felt like we had to manage the process instead of the process being managed by someone with knowledge and experience doing this kind of work.
