Managing across multiple email accounts its sometimes hard to track forms, requests etc. Perhaps a phone call chase might have helped to alert me to pending packages due say 24 hours after they were sent. I regret expressing my ignorance of the housing loan system, because I feel as if that was used as a greenlight to extract as much profit from us as possible. I was naïve to think that Jeremy was on our side, but really his Main goal was the to optimize the profit of his bank.
