About Jon C. Reed

I'm Jon C. Reed, and for the past 10 years I've had the privilege of helping individuals and families navigate one of the biggest financial decisions they'll ever make. I originally planned to pursue a career in financial advising, but I was drawn to the mortgage industry because of the opportunity to make a real impact during such an important milestone in people's lives. Today, I work with a wide range of borrowers and specialize in new construction financing, builder partnerships, non-QM loans, and investor lending.

My approach is simple: every client is different, so I take the time to understand what's most important to you before recommending a mortgage solution. I believe communication, transparency, and trust are the foundation of a great experience. Whether you're buying your first home, building a new one, or expanding your investment portfolio, my goal is to make the process feel clear, manageable, and tailored to your needs. I want my clients to feel comfortable asking questions and confident in every decision they make along the way.

Outside of work, family is at the center of my life. When I'm not helping clients, you'll usually find me spending time with family and friends, golfing, hunting, fishing, horseback riding, off-roading, or attending a rodeo. I'm also proud to be involved with the Southern Nevada Home Builders Association and enjoy playing a small part in helping people become part of the community I call home.
