Mr. Brown was very patient with my lack of knowledge of how the process of buying a home works. He was also very helpful at tough times with road blocks. I'm a little wary of the notice I received from the mortgage insurance. I don't think this is a fault of Mr. Brown, but I'm suspicious of business entities that misspell names of major cities (Pittsburgh).

Kris has exeptional communication skills. my loan for a house was pre approved quickly . Kriss also put me in touch with a real estate agency who worked with me to obtain the house I wanted. Since I live two hours from my new house, Kris has been very helpful at answering questions and handling small tasks I normally would be able to do if i were in the area.
