My name is LaSheld Holman, and I have dedicated over twenty years to originating mortgages, driven by a sincere passion for helping borrowers achieve the American Dream. With a degree in Real Estate from Georgia State University, I view my work as a ministry, allowing me to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds. I believe that every borrower is more than just a transaction; we are building lasting relationships that often extend beyond closing, as I find myself celebrating milestones like birthday parties and family events with my clients. I specialize in a variety of lending products, including FHA, VA, USDA, and Conventional loans, as well as unique options like Bank statement loans for non-conforming opportunities.

I particularly enjoy working with first-time homebuyers and am well-versed in utilizing Down Payment Assistance programs to make homeownership accessible. What inspires me daily is the joy of helping people and the challenge of finding solutions that can change lives. I take pride in educating my clients throughout the mortgage process, ensuring they feel empowered and informed. In addition to my professional work, I am actively involved with Women in Ministry International, where I have volunteered for over 15 years.
