My experience was good. I did find I had to be the one checking in to ask what's going on and what else do you need from me to move forward. I was hopeful for a quicker close and it seemed at first all was going well so that would be the case, yet in the end some last minute items were needed it so it slowed down. I found dealing with 2 Scott's somewhat difficult, I was never sure who I was communcating with. Simple solve for this just use Scott P or Scott J , then I would have known. Small irritation in a stressful time. The loan closed and I am grateful for that. Thank you.
