Our first home was not USDA loan applicable and was confirmed by our real estate agent...until it was Staci that took an eagle eye to the land and found that it was. Our first home sat fewer than 500 feet from the border of USDA applicable land. We knew then and there that we could make our offer. We bought that home because of Staci.
