Do not sayi one more thing is needed then ask for several things repeatedly. Just say from time to time we may request multiple items. The process was extended due to items asked for that could've been provided ahead of time narrowing the time frame. Though I do understand process.

In my case with a large down payment, my needs were better suited monthly to pay a little less down and use the money to buy the rate down more, thus decreasing the monthly payment.
